Pr_connect_reset_error カスペルスキー

今回の「PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR」は回避も何もできない状態で、

Kaspersky

Hi, I'm having an issue with Firefox where it won't load any website & just displays a 'PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR'.

It was working fine yesterday, I booted up my PC today (Windows 10) started Firefox & got the popup saying it was updating (Now on 95.0.1) & once it started began receiving that error. Chrome & Edge Browsers are both working fine.

I've tried running firefox in safe/troubleshoot mode, I've tried starting a new firefox profile, Disabling windows firewall, Disabling Kaspersky antivirus & so far nothing has fixed the issue.

Any other ideas?

Pr_connect_reset_error カスペルスキー

Since I updated to Firefox v.91.0 I get this error:

Secure Connection Failed

  • An error occurred during a connection to support.mozilla.org. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR
  • The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
  • Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

when ever I try to connect to websites via Firefox only. I've tried many things like reinstalling Firefox and I know its an issue between Firefox and my Antivirus (Kaspersky,) but this didn't happen before Firefox updated to v.19.0 though. I've tried https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-cant-load-websites-other-browsers-can and many other things but nothing works to fix it. I've switched certificate stores and other 'fixes' I've read on this website and others to no avail. It does this with or without any extensions in Firefox.

This only started when I updated Firefox to version 91.0. It doesn't give an errors/issues on any other browser I've tried so far (MS Edge and Chrome) so must be something with the version 91.0 update?

Any ideas to fix this would be great. Thanks!

Chosen solution

I was able to fix it myself (well it fixed itself somehow.) I fully reinstalled Firefox for a third time and all is working now. Not sure why it suddenly worked this way as I had tried reinstalling it before the same way as this last time. Thanks for trying to help.

Update Kaspersky. If the problem continues, disable it.

I tried steps outlined in your first post to no avail if you read through the link I provided on the community support page.

If I disable Kaspersky I have no protection, which doesn't solve my issue at all as I need an AV...

Disable it as a test. If the problem is gone, check with Kaspersky support.

That was very good work. Well Done. Please flag your last post as Solved Problem as this can help others with similar problems. Go to that post and click the 'Solved' button to its right.

It could have been a corrupted fire that was removed.
